All users viewing the website may look at the calendar for already approved calendar events.
However, in order for viewers to use the Calendar application to request appointments, they MUST already have a Users account set up. To request a Users account, use the Contact Us page and under "Recipient" pulldown menu, select the "Request (Calendar) User Account" option.
